Have you received a gift? Or have you chosen to indulge yourself… but something just isn’t right? In other words, you’d like to exchange an item. Sure, it happens to all of us!
Simply drop us a line at email@example.com including your purchase details and the item which you’d like to exchange.
How Are Exchanges Made?
Interested in exchanging your purchase?
Take your time – you may do so up to 14 days after receiving your item. If you chose to do so, send your package to us, including receipt and a note with your contact info so that we can get back to you.

If you are located in Israel, you are also very welcome to drop by our shop; we would love to get to know you.
The shop is located on the ground floor of the Weizmann City Mall (14 Weizmann St., Tel Aviv).
Our hours of operation are Sunday to Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (GMT+2) and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (GMT+2).
Articles are accepted for exchange if returned unused, and in their original condition, accompanied by a sales receipt or a gift receipt.
The new article which you have chosen will be given to you in the shop. We can also send it to you via registered mail with our complimentary shipping.
ITEMS WITH PERSONAL ENGRAVING WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.
What Are the Options?
When you return your purchased item, you are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit, applicable on our website.
Articles purchased at a discount or those listed under the Sale category may be returned up to a week after receiving your purchase.
We can only accept unused jewelry in its original condition, which has not been worn and which has not been damaged. Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition, accompanied by a sales receipt, in accordance with federal law.
We are not able to refund or give merchandise credit on shipping charges.
We cannot exchange or refund custom ordered jewelry.
Articles on sale when purchased
Articles purchased at a discount or those listed under the Sale category may be exchanged based on the sales price at the time of purchase, and as displayed on the sales invoice, and not at the full retail price of the article.
Cancelling an order after it has been shipped
After an order has been shipped, is not possible to cancel it anymore.
You may exchange your item according to the details above.
If the item which has been returned does not meet the above criteria, we will not be able to exchange it. Avi Sadikov retains sole discretion in determining the condition of the returned item.
We Are Trying Our Best for Our Customers
We make every effort to maintain the quality of our articles and uphold stringent quality control. We examine every piece right before it is packed for shipping in order to ensure it arrives at its destination in perfect condition. However, we understand that a situation in which an article with a production defect is sent to a customer, can happen.

Please ensure that the article is shipped via registered mail only, so that it can be tracked. An exchange will be made after receiving the product.
