The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies, depending on the item category as follows:

Silver jewelry and plated items:

All items are made to order and are ready for dispatch 10 business days from the time you have placed your order. From time of dispatch, your item will arrive at its destination in 14 to 21 business days. A DHL eCommerce delivery will cost an additional 11 Euros.

Express Delivery:

Our items are made to order and ready for dispatch within 10 business days. Upon dispatch your item will be delivered to you within 2 to 5 business days, with DHL Express.

You may upgrade your delivery preference to express delivery, during checkout, when placing your order.
